Ingredients:
- Coconut-pieces-1/4 cup
- Red chilli- 2 or 3(adjust)
- Garlic cloves-3
- Tamarind- little.(optional)
- Pottukadalai-2 tsp (optional)
- Salt to taste
To temper:
- Oil
- Mustard
- hing-little
- Curry leaves.
Method:
1.Grind all the ingredients o a fine paste with little water.
2.If needed dilute further with water or else keep as such.
3.Temper with the ingredients and add to it.
Serve with hot idli/dosa.
