This is my 100th post and i am so happy to write this post, today is go with a dessert which is very easy to make.Thanks for all my followers and friends.
Ingredients:
1.Milk- 2 cup(add more if u want more)
2.Condensed milk- 1\4 cup(I just had 1tbsp left after making a cake,i used that much only)
3.Sugar- 1 cup(more r less acc. to ur taste)
4.Cornflour- 2 tsp
5.Pistacho
6.Badam
Method:
1.Boil the milk well until it reduce to half the quantity.
2.Add condensed milk(optional),corn flour dissolved in water to the milk,sugar and stir well.
3.I lightly made a coarse of pista and badam,add the mixture to the milk and stir well.
4.When it become little thick switch off the flame.
5.Cool the mix and pour in mould,freeze and enjoy.
Note:
1.You can add few saffron strands too.
2.Since i don't have mould i used small cups,u can use the moulds available .
