This is an easiest recipe one can make whenever you carve to eat something sweet try this and enjoy.

Makes: 8 ladoos
Ingredients:
- Rice flakes/Aval-1 cup
- Jaggery(crushed)-1\2 cup
- Ghee as needed
- Nuts- as per your choice(i didn't add any here)
Method:
1.Dry roast the aval for a minute.Then cool it.
2.In a blender/mixer add aval,jaggery nuts(if adding) and grind it.
3.Transfer it to bowl.Add melted ghee and make balls of it.
Yummy and easy aval/rice flakes ladoo is ready.
Variations:
1.You can replace jaggery with ordinary white sugar.Add sugar level according to ur taste buds.
2.Can roast some grated coconut, mix and make balls.
3.For more creamier and rich one you can use condensed milk also.
