Manchurian is mostly deep fried one.when searching i found few with no fry method also.Last week when i went for veggie shopping i bought some baby corn and tried this.

Serves-3
Ingredients:
- Baby corn-8
- Onion-1 big ,chopped
- Capsicum/Bell pepper-1,cubed
- Garlic cloves-10 chopped
- Green chilly-1
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce-2 tsp
- green chilly sauce-1 tsp
- soya sauce-1\2 tsp
- corn flour-1 tsp
- Salt to taste
To marinate
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp
- corn flour-1 tsp
- Maida/flour-1 tsp
- salt-1\2 tsp
Method:
1.Cut the baby corn in 3 cms length.Add all ingredients under " to marinate" in a bowl and make a paste with water.Add the baby corn to it and mix well and let it set for some time.
2.Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry these marinate corn and keep aside.
3.Heat oil in another kadai,saute onion,green chilly and garlic till the onion becomes translucent.
4.Then add the fried baby corn,bell pepper and all sauce with salt and saute till everything blends well.
5.Lastly add a tsp of corn flour dissolved in 1\2 cup water in it and mix well
Tasty baby corn Manchurian is ready.
Note:
1.Add sauce according to ur spice level but add very little soy sauce.
