How to cut chicken wings for chicken Lollipop | Chicken Lollipop recipe & How to cut it ( with Video)

My brother who work in  kitchen department in a big hotel one day brought some wings made lollipop and shared with us.I was amazed and asked how did u do that and asked him to make it for me for the blog.He agreed and he made it for me and i just shoot it.




Lets see how to cut it.


1.Take a wing,first make 2 strips on it.Break  the wing on the striped part.In one area you will see a 2 bones remove the small bone.



2.Now cut it in the stripped part.Make it in form of a lollipop.From a wing you will get 2 lollipop.

For Lollipop:


Ingredients:

Chicken lollipop-10-12
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Red chilly powder-2 to 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder-1\2 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Lemon juice-1\2 tsp
Red food colour-1\4 tsp(optional)( i didin't use it)
Oil to deep fry.

Method:

1.Clean the pieces well.

2.In a mixing bowl except oil add everything and mix well.Keep it aside for some time.

3.Heat oil and deep fry them,drain excess oil and serve hot.

Variations:

the above method is just basic frying .

1.Beat egg in a bowl.
2.Dip each pieces in it and coat it with bread crumbs and fry.

Use your own method of frying it.
