Yogurt / Curd is one of the mandatory item is lunch menu of Indians and its almost made in every house here.Making this is such an easy one and healthy too with no preservatives.
Setting time : 6 hours or more
Ingredients:
Milk-1\2 litre
starter/curd/plain yogurt-2 tbsp
Method:
Boil the milk well and allow it to cool well.It should be warm not too hot or cold.
Take the curd/plain yogurt in a vessel and pour the warm milk over.mix well and let it stand for 6-8 hrs in a warm place.
That's it your curd is set.Use as per ur wish and place refrigerate the remaining.In summer the curd set faster and in winter it may take long time.

ReplyDeleteAlways feel to make curd at home. I am a lazy person so mostly i get it from store. Its healthy without any preservatives, Good one babi. Will make it sometime for sure.
