Have you let with some chappathi left out after dinner.Just make this noodles and i'am sure kids will love it.Try this easy way of making use of the left over chappathi.
Preparation time:under 15mins
Cooking time-10 mins
Serves-1 to 2
Ingredients:
- Left over chapati-3 r 4
- Onion,sliced-1
- Capsicum,sliced-from 1\2
- Tomato-1 small
- Red chilly powder-1\2 tsp
- turmeric powder-1\4 tsp
- Garam masala-1\4 tsp
- Black salt/salt-to taste
- Oil-3 tsp
- jeera-1\4 tsp
- Cilantro/coriander leaves- to garnish
Method:
1.Cut the left over chapati in to long strips.cut everything and keep ready.
2.Heat oil in a pan,temper with jeera followed by onion and tomato,just saute for sometime.Add in the capsicum and cook for a while.
3.Add in salt and all dry powder ,saute.Add the striped chapthi and keep sauteing till the masala gets coated to it.
4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
Note:
1.You can add veggies like carrot,beans,peas.In the case cook it 3\4 th and add.
