This rice is very easy to make.You can make it either in basmathi rice or left over rice.You can use all three colours in capsicum,bit here i have used only two.
Ingredients
1.Cooked rice
2.capsicum -1(green&yellow)
3.green &white peas-1\2 cup
4.onion-1
5.cashew-10
6.garam masla-1\4 tsp
7.salt to taste
8.ghee
Method:
1.Soak peas overnight.cut onion&capsicum.
2.Cook the peas in water,it should not become mashy.
3.In a kadai add ghee(u can use oil too) followed by cashew,onion,capsicum & peas.saute for a while,add salt& garam masala too.
4.In about 5 min time add ur rice and give mix.Your rice is ready.Kids will like this for lunch.
