Ingredients
1.cluster beans/kothavarangai-200 gms.
2.Grated coconut- 3 to 4 tsp
3.green chilli-2 medium
4.cumin/jeera seeds-2 tsp
5.turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
6.salt to taste
To temper:
oil
mustard
curry leaves.
Method:
1.Wash & cut cluster beans into small pieces.
2.Grind coconut with green chilli, jeera, turmeric to a coarse form in the blender.
3.Add little water & cook it.
4.When it is cooked add the ground masala to add & let it cook for 1 min. to get mixed well.Add salt & remove from heat.
5.Then temper with mustard & curry leaves.Enjoy with ur rice.
