Vegetable Kara Panniyaram | Breakfast/ Dinner Recipe
When its panniyaram, I always make sweet one for snacks ( may be because of my sweet tooth). My daughter always insist me to make kara/savory.Very rare I make kara panniyaram by mixing residual idli batter with avaliable flours in my pantry. One day when I want to make a different dinner apart from roti/rice I made this panniyaram with my left over millet dough along with fresh vegetables. Here I have used the vegetable as such but if you prefer you can slightly saute them in oil and add it to the batter.

Ragi Dosa & Raisins Chutney | Healthy Breakfast | Recipe with Ragi/Finger millet
When coming to breakfast one has to intake good & healthy of it to start a day.I usually replace white rice with other cereals ,you can see variety of dosa like that in my blog, pearlmillet, horse gram, oats, thinnai.Do try to replace white rice with some other gluten free, less fat one.Coming to this recipe quite easy to make,if u prefer u can use without fermentation also, here I have used fermentated one.Raisins as you know has more health benfits,my kids if u add it in any food they would take out,but in this chutney/dip method they like it most, try to give children raisins.I learnt that it prevent cancer cell formation,so use it.

Pearl Millet / Kambu / Bajra Dosai | Healthy Breakfast
Kambu/Pearl Millet dosai may be new to some,i use to make it often, instead of making regular idli/dosa i use to make dosai with quinao, finger millet, oats, horse gram, etc. as the regular rice has not much health benefit i use to do so.This kambu has many good things with it like low cholesterol, gluten free, high iron content, rich in fibre, folate, iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, vitamins-E and B-complex, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin.Try using this in your diet.
