Soya beans is one of the good source of protein and some vitamins,minerals and insoluble fibre.They may be in green,yellow,black or brown.Last month when I went for grocery shopping not knowing I purchased two packets of it misunderstanding one as yellow peas, so I was left with more soya beans.When I look up for recipes to finish it up found this in Rak's kitchen.So simple,easy to make and only soaking time is bit longer.
Preparation time: 5 mins( excludes soaking time)

Ingredients:
- soya beans- 1\3 cup
- Oil-1 tbsp
- mustard- 1 tsp
- onion-1,thinly sliced
- curry leaves-few
- salt-to taste
To grind:
- coconut pieces- 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
- red chilly-2
- garlic pods-2
- jeera-1\2 tsp
Method:
1.Soak dry soya beans for 6-8 hours.Put the soaked beans with little salt ,water and pressure cook for 2 whistle.Drain water and keep ready.
2.Meanwhile dry all the ingredients give in " to grind" to a coarse paste.
3.Heat oil in a pan, pop out mustard,followed by onion and curry leaves.Saute till it becomes translucent.Then add the ground masala & cooked beans.ad in salt.
4.Just sprinkle very little water and salute till it dries up.Switch off.
Serve for rice,roti or eat as such as snack.
