My kids love puri/ poori.It had become difficult to make them eat greens and so I added them to it and gave.You can make roti also with the same dough ,I made roti for me poori for them.

Method:
1.Mix everything except the oil to salt in a bowl.Add water little by little and make a soft pliable dough.
2.Make small lemon sized balls of it.Roll each ball using a rolling pin and deep fry them in hot oil.
3.When puffed well on both sides drain from oil and keep in kitchen towel/tissue to remove excess oil.
Do the same for all the balls.
Serve with potato curry or your favorite side dish.
Note:
1.Clean the palak leaves and boil it in water for few minutes.Remove form water.Cool it.Grind the blanched leaves with a green chilly and a small piece of ginger.We get papak puree.

- palak puree- 2 tbsp( see notes)
- Ajwain/omam seeds-1 tsp
- oil-2 tsp
- salt to taste
