Ingredients:
Vermicelli - 200 gms
condensed milk-1 cup ( adjust)
Butter- 1tsp
Nuts(optional)
Method:
1. In a non- stick pan add the vermicelli, butter and roast for few minutes.
2. Then add condensed milk and nuts and mix well till the vermicelli absorb all the condesned milk.
3.When becomes semi thick switch off and transfer to another bowl.(keep in the same pan will dry further).
4. When still warm grease your hand with ghee and make balls.
Cool and store.
