Peanut butter is so easy to make with just 3 ingredients. Markets are flooded with this butter in different brand name although sometimes I buy it, my daughter, who had become a grat of this butter says homemade is best when compared to the readymade one. So please give a try this butter ar home and I'm sure you won't go back to any brand. You can either make this butter smooth or crunchy. Here I ground half the quantity to a fine consistency and added the remaining and just coarsely ground along with the fine one.

Ingredients:
Peanut- 1 cup
Jaggery- a piece ( 1 tbsp)
Oil- 1 Tsp
Method:
1. Dry roast the peanut well in a pan till it a good aroma of it. Cool it.
2. Crush the peanut with hands and blew off to remove the skin. ( You can also make it with the skin also).
3. Add the deskinned roasted peanut in a dry mixer. Grind it. Then add jaggery, oil and grind it well.
4. Transfer to a container. Stays good in room temperature for 3- 4 days. Then refrigerate it.
