Cornflakes mixture is so easy to make at home.If you have any left over cornflakes cereal in your house then try this yummy mixture for tea time snack i bet its very addictive and one will finish it off.

Cooking time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- Corn flakes-1 cup (see notes)
- Peanuts-3 tbsp
- Roasted chana dal (potukadalai)-3 tbsp
- Poha/aval/rice flakes-1 tbsp
- cashew-few
- Raisins-few
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Chat masala- 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder-1\2 tsp
- curry leaves-few
- mustard-1\4 tsp
- salt-to taste
- sugar-generous pinch
Method:
1.Heat oil in pan pop out mustard with curry leaves. then add cashew and raisins,fry.
2.Then add roasted channa dal and peanuts.Fry them for a while.
3.Then add poha and roast for sometime.Dunk in all dry powders along with saly n sugar.
4.Lastly add in corn flakes and mix for while.
Cool and store in air tight container.
Yummy tea time snack is ready.
Note:
1.Here i have use corn flakes cereals (kelloys brand).If u have dried corn flakes fry them in oil and add.
