Paneer/Indian Cottage Chesse Balls | Paneer Kofta Balls | Snack Recipe

 I love to try different snack to feed my hungry kids in the evenings and this is one such which i made yesterday.It was tasty,easy and can be prepared quickly.Thanks priya for this wonderful snack.

Ingredients:


  • Paneer-1\2 cup ,grated
  • Potato-1 ,cooked and mashed well
  • Corn flour-2 tsp
  • Pepper powder-1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste-1\2 tsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • coriander leaves
  • Oil-to deep fry





Method:

1.Boil water,add in potato and cook till its done.Cool,peel the skin and mash it well.Grate/crumble the paneer well.

2.In a bowl add in mashed potato,grated paneer,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,corn flour,salt and mix well to from a dough.

3.Make small berry size balls of it.Fry them in a hot oil and drain excess oil.


Serve with any spicy sauce/ketchup.
