At last i made it yes for a long time i want to bake a bread at home and this week it came true.Baking bread at home is really fun and i enjoyed it to the core .Let go off to the recipe.

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour-3 n 1\2 cup
- Instant Yeast-2 tsp
- oil-1\4 cup
- dried milk/ milk powder-1\4 cup
- Honey/maply syrup-1\4 cup(i used honey)
- Luke warm water-1 to 1.1\8 cup
- Salt-1 n 1\4 tsp
Method:
1.In a mixing bowl except water add everything and mix well.
2.Slowly add water and mix to form a dough.Cover and close till it doubles in volume.
3.Then punch out the air and knead again and make it in a form of a log.place it in an oiled loaf pan for it to double again.
4.After it had doubled bake it in a pre heated oven for 35-40 mins till it sounds hallow on top.
Remove from pan, cool it well and slice it.Enjoy for breakfast or dinner.
Note:
1.Baking time may change from oven to oven better keep an eye after 30 mins.
2.To avoid from over browning on top towards the ends cover it with aluminium foil and bake.
3.For soft crust smear on top with butter when out from oven.

1.If using active dry yeast first proof it and then use.
2.Baking time may vary from oven to oven
