Mangoes are in season and i want to try different recipes with it.I had few Alphonso mangoes left behind kids want something chilled so made this pudding which i saw here with slight changes.
Preparation time: under 15 mins
cooking time: under 15 mins
yields-3 bowl
Ingredients:
Ripe mango-2 (i used Alphonso variety)
China grass/ agar agar- 10 gm
water-1\2 cup
Method:
1.Peel the skin of the mango.chop it and grind it in the mixer to a puree form.
2.Soak china grass in water and heat it till it dissolve then switch off.
3.To it add the mango puree and mix well.
4.Transfer it to individual cups and chill it in fridge .
Top it with favourite dry fruits/tutti fruity and serve.
Note:
1.I didnot add any sugar as my mangoes were very sweet.If adding add it in mixer and pulse along with mango pieces.
2.You can even add some milk while grinding.
