After experimenting with palak i want to make many dish with it and this is one among it.Few thing that i have made with it are,palak puri,vegetable palak and palak paneer.In near future i hope to i try many with it.

Ingredients:
- Palak leaves-5 to 8
- Potato-2 big
- Green chilly-2,small
- Ginger-small piece
- garlic flakes-3
- onion-1 big
- tomato-1,medium sized
- Turmeric powder-1\4 tsp
- Red chilly powder-1\2 tsp
- garam masala-1\4 tsp
- salt to taste
- jeera-1\2 tsp
- Oil-3 tsp
- Fresh cream/malai-for toppings
Method:
1.Boil water add the cleaned palak/spinach leaves to it and let be in water for a minute.Then drain water and puree it along with green chilly.
2.Make a paste of onion,tomato,ginger and garlic.Boil the potato.Peel the skin and cube it.
3.Heat oil in a pan add jeera seeds followed by ground onion-tomato mix and saute till the raw smell goes.Then add in palak puree and saute for a while.Dunk in all the all powders and salt,cook for a while.
4.Add the cubed potato and add some water for it to blend well.
Top it with fresh cream and serve for roti/ naan.
Note:
1.You can also use baby potato for making this.
2.Adjust spice as per ur taste buds.
