Summer and mango are inseparable.One can indulge in this lovely golden coloured fruit only in summer and if missed have to wait till next summer.Though i didn't try many new recipe with it this year i tried few basic ones to fulfill my soul for the passion of cooking /blogging.

Ingredients:
- Mango pieces-4 to 5,big ones
- sugar-2 tsp( adjust)
- Chilled water-1\2 cup
- lemon juice-from a lemon
Method:
1.Peel and chop the mango pieces.add in in to a blender along with sugar.Blend it well.
2.Dilute with some chilled water.Squeeze lemon juice.Check for sugar and add if needed.
Serve the drink with some ice cubes.
Note:
1.Instead of sugar make simple syrup with 1\2 cup sugar and water.Add this to drink and refrigerate the remaining for further use.
