It was a bad day for me while shooting for this ,the board behind it fell on the a glass and milkshake it in spilled all over the cloth and room.But thank God nothing happened to the other glass and also I already took pictures before it.Coming to the drink its just mixing up everything in a blender .The aroma of gulkand makes the drink exotic ,rich and pleasing.
Ingredients;
- milk-2 cup (boiled and chilled)
- gulkand/rose petal preserve- 3 r 4 tsp
- sugar- to taste
- Rose essence(pink colored)-1\8 tsp
- Ice cubes-optional ( for serving)
Method:
-Add everything to the blender/mixer and blend well.
-Pour it into serving glass ,add ice cubes if using.
-Serve immediately.
Such mishaps do happen at times, always place them where there is enough support. Love the color of the milkshake...
ReplyDeletethe colour of the milkshake is lovely..loved the gulkand flavour too..was wondering how you got such pink colour only with gulkand...then saw the ingredients ..rose essence
