Looking for lunch box ideas for kids then try this easy colourful capsicum rice.Yummy and sure kids will love it.

Ingredients:
- Cooked rice-2 cup(left over/freshly cooked)
- Capsicum,diced-1 cup(i used 3 coloured )
- Oil+ghee-1 tbsp
- Jeera-1\2 tsp
- Cashew nuts-few
- Pav bhaji masala-1 tsp
- Lemon juice-from 1\2
- Salt to taste
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan,add jeera and cashew nut,saute for a few seconds.Then add in cubed bell peppers ,salt and pav bhaji masala.Saute till it is 1\2 cooked.
2.Then add in cooked rice and just mix it.Switch off and squeeze lemon juice.
Serve hot with any curry.
Note:
1.If u don't have pav bhaji masala add chilly powder.
