My kiddos love chapathi/Indian flat bread much and we love to have with any veg/non-veg gravy.Its very difficult to make my son eat vegetable i manage some how.Since he love chapathi i decided to make this as it has veggie in it,he too loved it and i am very much satisfied as he ate a vegetable too.
Preparation time: 5mins
Cooking time: 2 to 3 mins for each one

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour-1 cup+ for rolling
- Radish -1 cup,grated
- Salt-to taste
- Ghee/oil-2 tbsp for kneading + to cook
- curd-2 tbsp
- Red chilly-1\2 tsp
- Chat masala-1\4 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1\4 tsp
- cumin powder-1\4 tsp
- Coriander /radish leaves
Method:
1.In a mixing bowl add everything and knead to a soft pliable dough.Adjust the flour and curd accordingly.Keep it covered for 10-20 mins.
2.Then divide the dough into equal lemon sized balls.Dust flour in rolling sheet and roll each dough balls.
3.Heat a skillet/pan and cook each paratha till brown spots appear on both sides.( i usually don't add oil while making,but you can add oil/ghee around it)
Serve with any pickle or yogurt or just eat it as such.
