It had been many months hardly 5 months i haven't baked cookies yesterday i want to eat some choco cookies and decided to make it immediately.Its was chewy and yummy with a cup of tea.

Ingredients:
- Flour-1 cup
- Baking powder-1\2 tsp
- cocoa powder-2 tsp
- Vegetable shortening/vanaspathi-2 tbsp
- sugar-1\3 cup( measure n powder it)
- white choco chips-1\4 cup( can use any variety)
- Milk-1\4 cup
Method:
1.Sieve flour with baking powder,cocoa powder well.
2.Powder the white sugar.cream it with the vegetable shortening well.
3.Add in sieved flour ,white chocolate chips and make a dough add milk if needed to make it.
4.Scoop the batter in a greased/lined baking tray with little space apart.
5.Bake it in a pre heated oven at 180 deg C for 12-15 mins or till the sides are little hard
centre is little soft.(as the cookies cool it will be in correct stage).6.Cool it well on wired racks and serve/store.
Note:
1.You can grate some bitter/cooking chocolate piece in the dough.
2.Don't wait for the cookies fully to be baked in the oven since the cookies will harden while cooking.Else you will get very hard one.
3.I have added white choco chips u can add your own.
4.If you are not able to scoop out or shape the cookies,wrap it and keep in fridge for some time and then make.
