Palak Paneer is one of the famous north Indian side dish for roti.After coming in to this blogging world i have started to eat this palak .With no more further details lets go off to the recipe.

serves: 2 to 3
Ingredients:
- Palak /spinach -1 bunch
- Paneer cubes- 1 cup
- onion-1
- Tomata-1 ,pureed
- Green chilly-2 to 3
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Garam masala-1\2 tsp
- coriander powder-1 tsp
- chilly powder-1\4 tsp
- Milk-1\2 cup
- Kasoori methi/Dried methi leaves- a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil-2 tsp
- cumin/jeera seeds-1\2 tsp
Method:
1.Heat water and add the clenaed palak leaves form a while(this is called blancing).Then remove the leaves,cool and make a fine paste with green chilly.
2.Heat oil in a pan,add jeera seeds followed by chopped onion and saute till it become translucent.Then add ginger garlic paste and toss till raw smell goes.
3.Then add tomato puree and all dry powders and saute.Then fold in the palak puree to it allow it to boil for a while.
4.then dunk in the paneer cubes to it along with milk and dried methi leaves,wait for everything to blend well.check for salt.
Serve hot with roti/naan.
Note:
1.Add spice according to ur level.
2.You can also fry the paneer and add to it.
