Sorry readers as i couldn't blog for a week this week too i have scheduled some work will be regular next week.I have clicked some recipes and this is one among it.This can be made in jiffy and will taste awesome with some spicy side dish.

cooking time-10 mins
serves 2 to 3
Ingredients:
- Thick curd/yogurt-1 cup
- Oil-2 tsp
- mustard-1\2 tsp
- green chilly,chopped-1
- ginger,chopped-small piece
- onion,chopped-1
- Tomato-1 small
- curry leaves-few
- red chilly-1 ,to temper( or mor milagai)
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
- salt to taste
- Coriander leaves- to garnish
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan.pop out mustard .red chilly( or mor milagai )followed by onion,green chilly,ginger and curry leaves,saute for a while.
2.Then add the tomato and saute till it becomes mushy .then add the in dry powder,salt along with some water and cook for few minutes.
3.Meanwhile whisk the curd well and keep ready.
4.When all the powders raw smell had gone,remove the pan from the flame.Keep aside to cool a bit then pour the whisked yogurt to it and mix well.
5.Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
Accompany with some spicy masala and papad,this will be awesome.

it has to be served in room temperature only. re heating will ends up in curdled one
