One fine morning i was wandering what to make for dosa and when checked found a white radish and tried this chutney ,believe me it was soo tasty and my kids to love it.
Ingredients:
- Radish-1
- channa dal- 2 tsp
- urad dal-2 tsp
- tamarind-small gooseberry size
- red chilly-1
- garlic pods-1 r 2
- salt to taste
- oil-1 tsp
Method:
1.Heat a tsp of oil in pan.Roast channa dal& urad dal till a aroma comes,keep aside.then in the pan roast red chilly and keep aside.
2.Then add chopped radish and saute for some time.Add tamarind and saute for a while.
Cool everything and transfer it to a mixer.
3.Grind to a paste form(just sprinkle some water if needed,i didnot add water).
Serve with idli/dosai.
