Eggless Garlic Pull-apart Rolls | Garlic rolls


I bake this garlic pull apart long back but couldn't post.Now while enjoying my holidays i just have only juices to post so decided to go for this baked dish from my draft.Its very easy and it can be had as dinner too.I tried this recipe from here.



Ingredients:


  • Flour-1 
  • wheat flour-1\2 cup
  • Instant yeast- 1\2 tbsp
  • Warm water-1\2 cup
  • sugar-1 tbsp
  • salt-1 tsp
  • olive oil- 2 tbsp
  • milk -to brush on top
  • butter- to spread over.


For garlic spread:


  • Butter- 3 tbsp
  • minced garlic -2 tbsp
  • chopped coriander leaves-1 tbsp



Method:

1.In a bowl add both flour,salt,sugar,yeast and warm water.Mix it well to form a smooth slightly sticky dough.

2.Add oil and knead again.cover and keep it to raise for about 45 mins to one hour.


3.Meanwhile prepare the filling.In another bowl simply add in all the ingredients for filling and mix it well.

4.After the dough has raised well punch out the air and knead it slightly add flour if needed..Roll it down in form of a rectangle  and spread the filling in it.


5.Then roll it from one end firmly to form a log shape.cut it in to equal parts and place it a greased baking pan.leave it again to double in size.

6.Brush on top with milk and bake them in a pre heated oven at 180 deg C for 30 mins or till it browns at top.

Smear butter when its out from the oven.

Serve as snack or dinner.


Note:

1.Baking time change from oven to oven.

2.If using active dry yeast first proof it and then use.
