Eggplant fry | Spicy Bringal fry | Side Dish for Rice


When i saw a big egg plant on the refrigerator immediately i decided to make a fry of it.I just love to have brinjal in any form and the most favourite is that its cooked along with masalas and tomatoes.Since eggplant fry is not in my blog i decided to cook and blog about it.If you are a brinjal lover like then surely you too will like it.



Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: under  10 mins

Ingredients:


  • Brinjal-1 big one
  • Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
  • red chilly powder- 1 n 1\2 tsp( adjust)
  • cumin/jeera powder-1\2 tsp
  • lemon juice-1\2 tsp
  • salt- to taste
  • oil-  to toast it


Method:

1.Clean the vegetable well and cut it in to circles.

2.Except oil add all other ingredients to it and mix well.

3.Heat oil in a tawa and toast it well on both sides.


Serve as side for rice.
