As summer slowly showing it way we have started to look for some chilled juices.My one suggestion would be please avoid street drinks since we don't know how hygienic it was made.Try some simple homemade juice to quench your thirst.
- Strawberries-3 r 4
- Fresh yogurt-2 tbsp
- Milk-1\2 cup
- Sugar-2 tsp(adjust)
Method:
1.In a blender add in chopped strawberry,sugar and salt and blend frist.
2.Then and milk and whip for few seconds.
Pour it into a serving glass and serve chilled with some ice cubes.
Nice lassi...! Looks interesting with strawberries!
