Yesterday for after school snack i made this for my kids.Super healthy and easy,do try this and give nutritious food for children.
Ingredients:
- Brown bread-4 slices
- Sprouts-100 gm packet (any sprouts)
- potato-1
- pepper powder-1\2 tsp
- chat masala-1 tsp
- tomato sauce/ketchup
- butter/oil-to smear on bread
Method:
1.Cook sprouts and potato separately.peel the potato skin and mash it well.Mash the cooked sprouts too.
2.In a bowl add both mashed potato &cooked sprouts along with pepper powder,chat masala,salt and mix well.
3.Spread butter on a bread ,take some of the prepared mix and spread over it.Smear some sauce over it.Cover it with another bread.
4.Place it in sandwich maker and cook till it is done.
Serve hot with some ketchup.
Note:
1.You can use white bread too.
2.If you don't have a sandwich maker use tava in that seal the bread well so that the stuffing won't spill out.
