Vaazhakai/Raw banana fry(not deep fry)

Since my broadband service was in problem i couldn't post any recipe for 3 days,now its fine.Coming to the dish it vey easy to make.Hope all will give a try.

Ingredients

1.Vaazhakai/Raw banana-1
2.Rice flour- 2 tsp
3.Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
4.Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
5.Ginger garlic paste-1\2 tsp
6.Jeera/cumin powder-1\2 tsp
7.salt to taste
8.oil

Method:

1.Peel the skin of vaazhakai,cut into cubes and put in water to avoid blackening.

2.Mix all the other ingrediant except oil and make a paste.Since  vaazhakai cause gastric i added ginger garlic paste,if u don't like it u may add hing powder too.

3.Put the raw banana cubes into the mixture and mix well.Add chilli powder according to ur spice level.

4.Heat oil in a pan,add the raw banana cubes & saute well.

5.The dish will be ready very soon.enjoy with rice.
