Fish is a good source of protein,as we are from sea side are,kanyakumari Fish is one food which is mostly in our daily menu.There we get them very fresh from sea to kitchen and it taste heavenly.
Many do different method to fry, this one simple method of frying,hope many know this.Ingredients:
(serves-2, preparation time-5min)
1.Fish-2 (Cleaned Well)
2.Red chilli powder-1 tsp
3.Turmeric powder-1\4 tsp
4.Pepper powder-1\4 tsp
5.Cumin/Jeera powder-1\4 tsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Oil-2 tbsp
Method:
1.Clean fish well,make stripes on its body for masala to enter well.
2.Except oil throw all masala on it and spread well.Add chilli powder according to your spice level.
3.Keep it in fridge till u use.
4.Heat oil in a pan,add the marinated fish pieces into it.
5.When one side done turn and fry the other side,keep the flame in low.
6.When fried on both sides transfer and enjoy ur meal.
Delicious fish fry.
