As i have said earlier fish is a must in our daily lunch,since my kids get bored eating daily i use now and then.This sura puttu taste awesome and will be liked by all if u try,Sura fish is good for feeding mothers as it secrete more milk.

- Shark/sura fish-3\4 kg
- Coconut- 4 to 5 tbsp
- Green chilli-2
- Jeere/Cumin seeds-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
- Garlic cloves-4
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- curry leaves
- Mustard
- Onion-1
Method:
1.Clean the fish and add water till it get immersed and cook for about 10 min.
2.When it get cooled seperate flesh from bones,husks and skins.Scramble the flesh with hands.
3.Meanwhile grind coconut with green chillies,t.powder, jeera to a coarse.Cut onion into small pieces.
4.Heat oil in a pan,pop out the mustard,onion,curry leaves and ground masala and saute .
5.Then add the cooked,scrambled fish to it,add salt and saute for a while until a nice aroma comes.
Enjoy with steamed rice,any veggies gravy or dal will be suitable for it. We had it with simple dal gravy and brinjal curry.It was heavenly.
