For our Easter lunch, I prepared this mutton pepper roast, mutton biryani, salad, and raitha. It is so simple and easy to make. If you have the pressure cooked mutton you can prepare this just 5 mins before serving to serve it hot.

Ingredients:
Mutton pieces- 1/4 kg ( boneless will be good)
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-/1/2 tsp
Coconut oil- 1 tbsp
Onion-1, chopped
Curry leaves-few
Meat masala/garam masala-1/4 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Sal to taste
Method:
1. Clean the meat well. Pressure cook it with turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. From the cooked meat take the meat alone. Use the water either to make gravy, biryani or soup.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, curry leaves, Saute well.
3. Then add the cooked meat, allspice powders, and salt.
4. Keep sauteing until everything blends up well. Switch off.
Serve hot.
