Health Mix Banana Bread / Sathu mavoo cake


Healthy mix banana bread with step by step pictures.

Healthy mix banana bread is a complete wholesome breakfast recipe. The healthy mix init gives you all the needed nutrients. When I got a pack of healthy mix from early foods, I was left with some flour after making porridge. Since I didn't want to get ruined by pests I made this healthy bread with it. Ingredients:

Wheat flour-1/2 cup
Health mix flour-1 cup
Banana -1 if big or 2
sugar-3/4 cup
Milk-3/4 -1 cup
Oil-1/2 cup
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Nuts & choc chips

Method:

1. Mash banana. Add sugar, oil, wheat flour, and mix well.



2. Add healthy mix flour, baking powder and mix. then slowly add ,milk, and make pourable consistency batter.


3. Add essence and mix. Pour into a baking tray. Top with nuts & choc chips.

4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg c for 25-35 mins or till done.

 Cool, cut, and serve.
