Eggless blueberry muffins with step by step pictures.
When I had a box of blueberry the first thought which came to my mind was to make this muffin. Actually, I planned to make it in December itself but due to personal reasons, Christmas, family marriage, travel, etc I could bake or post. Two days before when I had time I baked this and decided to post. It is healthy as I had made it with whole wheat and unprocessed cane sugar.

Makes: 6 muffins
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour- 1 cup
- Natural Cane sugar-1/3 cup
- oil- 1/3 cup
- Baking powder- 1 Tsp
- Baking soda-1/2 tsp
- Yogurt-1/3 cup
- Milk- 2 tbsp(adjust)
- vanilla essence- 1 tsp
- Blueberries- 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Whisk oil and sugar well in a mixing bowl.
3. Sieve flour with baking powder, baking soda into the mix.
4. Mix it well. Add milk in intervals and make a dropping consistency batter.
5. Add blueberries and just fold in.
6. Scoop into the prepared muffin pan.
7. Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15-18 mins at 180 deg C or till done.
8.Cool and serve.
