Overnight oat is one simple recipe for breakfast which is very good for weight watcher.Oats soaked in milk and eaten in morning absorbs all nutrition and good to eat it.Making this is so easy soak oats in milk, refrigerate and eat it for breakfast.
To make it more nutritious you can add some soaked chia seeds which also helps in weight loss and some seasonal fruits.Here I used strawberries and some dry fruits but you can use other fruits like banana, any berries, apple, etc.I have decided to try different varieties of overnight oats and will share if I do.

THe above pictures are from two different days and they are made differently.For one I added chia seeds, nut, fruit along with the oats to soak it together overnight.
For the other, I soaked chia seeds separately and topped with fruits & nuts.
Both method very so tasty and you can go for any method and can do any variation.

Ingredients:
- Instant oats-1\2 cup (I used Horlicks oats)
- Milk-1 cup (boiled & cooled)
- Sugar-1 tbsp
- Chia seeds-2 tsp
- Strawberries
- Almonds, raisins- as needed
Method:
1.In a mason jar/bowl add oats, sugar, milk, and mix well.Add few dry fruits.
2.Cover and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
3.Soak chia seeds in water.
4.Next morning take the jar out from the refrigerator.Add soaked chia seeds, chopped fruits, and nuts and serve immediately.(or) You can add everything along with oats and leave overnight.

Mmmmm _ I love overnight oats. I soak mine in yogurt though, not milk.
