Javarisi/sago/sabudhana payasam is a quick, easy to make a dessert which can be made in little time and without much effort. Unlike other pradhaman which needs coconut milk, jaggery syrup and all this kheer just need some milk and sugar and you are done with this dessert.

Ingredients:
- Sago-1\2 cup
- Milk-1 cup (previously boiled)
- Sugar-1\2 cup
- Ghee-1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts-few
- Cardamom -2,crushed
Method:
1. Wash sago/javarisi in water and cook it with some water till done.
2.Add cooled milk, sugar, crushed cardamom and cook in low flame till everything blends up well.
3.When it becomes semi thick switch off.
4.Fry cashew in ghee and add to it.
Simple and tasty javarisi/sago payasam.
