As mangoes are in season it would be best to share this recipe now.This chutney tasted good only with rice and I found it that not tasty for south Indian breakfast.This thogayal so simple to make just fry the red chili and coconut for few minutes, cool and grind with mango and other ingredients.

Cooking time: 5mins
Ingredients:
- Raw Mango Cubes- 1\2 cup
- Coconut pieces-1\2 -3\4th cup
- REd chilly-4 or 5
- Ginger -a small piece
- Oil-2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
Method:
1.Heat oil and saute red chilly for a minute and take it aside.
2.In the same oil add mango & coconut and saute for 1-2 minutes.Cool it.
3.In a mixer add all sauteed ingredients along with ginger, salt and curry leaves.
4.Grind it to a paste (not so fine) with little water.
Serve with hot steamed rice.
