Flourless brownies with step by step pictures.Healthy brownies with no maida or wheat flour.When I decided to bake healthy brownies for paleo diet ( this not purely paleo as I have used white sugar) I referred many sites and decided my own version and attempted this.The output was a chocolaty, chewy and addictive brownie which I had never tasted before.
For people flowing paleo diet use honey in place of white sugar and indulge the healthy dessert.I first measured the almond and ground it in a mixer.I got a cup of almond flour.
Preparation time: 15 mins
Baking time: 25 mins
Ingredients:
- Whole almond-1\2 cup( I measured & ground it)
- Egg-2
- Butter-50 gms
- Sugar-1\3 cup
- Dark chocolate, chopped-1 cup
- Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Method:
1.Chop the chocolate into small pieces.Ground almond in a dry mixer.
2.Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave or by the double boiling method.
3.To the melted mix break two eggs, sugar and whisk well.
4.Add the almond meal and whisk well.Add essence.Don't over mix.
5.Pour into a lined baking pan and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180deg C for 20-35 mins or till done.
6.Cool, cut and serve.
Notes:
1.Baking time varies from oven to oven.
2.Here I have used dark chocolate slab but you can also use milk chocolate.
