Theeyal is nothing but a gravy/kuzhambu made with spices ,deeply roasted coconut and tamarind juice. Bitter melon is fried and added to this to make it bitter gourd theeyal. Frying the bitter gourd reduces the bitterness to a certain amount.I have added a small piece of jaggery to this gravy but you can omit it if you don't prefer sweetness.

Mint Rice | Easy Lunch Box Ideas | Step by Step Pictures
Mint has a unique flavour which really refreshes and only if people like this minty aroma can enjoy else please don't try this.At first i too had some query about how its going to be but when i made this it turned out yummy and delicious .Hence in my note better try once and then decide whether to proceed further or just stop with once.Here i have prepared this with cooked rice but if you prefer you cook rice with mint water and make it more tasty.In future i have decided to try that mint pulao and will blog about it when i do it.

Nutella Swirled Banana Bread | Eggless & Butterless
Making my kids eat banana is too difficult often i have to force them .so every time i buy banana i also left with some over riped ones.The best way to use it is baking a bread with it.Since i have already baked plain banana bread this time i decided to go with some nutella,is there any who don't like it?...
