We all know the health benefits of spinach which is a super food loaded with nutrients.It is a excellent source of vitamins,iron,manganese,protein and other dietary fibre.This spinach is important for skin,hair,bone and prevents major diseases like cancer,asthma,blood pressure.But making children to eat it as such is bit difficult,When made as paratha like this they do enjoy the taste and we get satisfied feeding best food for them.This can also be packed as lunch box to office/schools.

Ingredients:
- Spinach/palak leaves- 15
- Whole wheat flour/atta-1 & 1\2 cup
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Jeera /cumin seeds-1\2 tsp
- green chilly-1,chopped
- ginger,chopped-1 tsp
- salt to taste
- water-as needed
Serving suggestion: curd or pickle
Method:
1.Clean the palak leaves and chop in finely.Similarly chop green chilli and ginger.
2.Heat a tsp of oil in a pan,pop out jeera followed by green chilly & ginger.Then add chopped spinach ,saute for some times till it shrinks in size.Switch off.You can use it directly in the dough or else add in to a mixer/blender and coarsely ground it.
3.Take wheat /atta flour, salt in a bowl.Add the ground spinach paste and a tbsp of oil ,first mix it well./then slowly add water and make a non sticky dough.cover and keep for some time.
4.Take lemon sized ball out of the dough and roll it by dusting some flour.Heat a tawa and cook the rolled paratha till brown spots appears on both side( i usually don't add oil while cooking but if you prefer you can drizzle some oil ).
Serve with curd or pickle.
