Making my kids eat banana is too difficult often i have to force them .so every time i buy banana i also left with some over riped ones. The best way to use it is baking a bread with it.Since i have already baked plain banana bread this time i decided to go with some nutella,is there any who don't like it?... Its a perfect pair for evening chai/ coffee.Go try for it if you are left with over riped bananas.

- sugar-1\2 cup
- vanilla essence-1\2 tsp

- milk-1 r 2 tbsp( if needed) *
- nutella-1\4 cup

How i made:
1.Sift the dry ingredients. In a mixer add the over riped banana and blend it alternatively you can also mash with whisk/spoon.Add sugar into it and blend again.Transfer it to a bowl.
2.To the mix add oil and whisk it.Slowly add the dry ingredients to it in batches with curd/yogurt being added in between.Lastly add essence and nuts.
3.Scoop it in to a greased loaf pan .Lastly add the nutella and make a swirl pattern with it.
4.Bake it in a pre heated for 30-40 mins at 180 deg C or till a a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool ,invert ,cut and serve.
* if all curd/yogurt is used off then add little milk if its hard to mix the dry ingredients, else don't use.
Note:
1.Baking time vary from oven to oven.Keep an eye after 30 mins.
2.You can add any nuts or choc chips or even avoid it.
That nutella must have added an oomph factor... looks yum!
