Lassi is a north Indian drink which is nothing but sugar and curd/yogurt blended together with any flavours. This one is a salted lassi with cucumber added in it. Avoid spicy foods ,drink more fluids in summer and remain hydrated.

Makes: 1 glass
Ingredients:
yogurt-1\2 cup
cucumber-4 r 5 pieces
salt- to taste
water-1\2 cup
ginger-a small piece
coriander/cilantro- to garnish
Method:
1.In a blender/mixer add yogurt,cucumber,water,salt and ginger,blend it well.
2.Pour it in to glass.garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
