Hope all had a wonderful day,it was a virtual treat to see blogs flooded with cute heart shaped foods,love it all.Coming to the post for this month egg less baking challenge it was decided to use Hershey's chocolate but i don't have it so made with the cocoa powder i had,the result was a absolutely beautiful cupcake,tastes excellent & very easy to make :).
Ingredients:
- Flour- 1 cup
- Baking powder- 1 tsp
- Baking soda- 1\2 tsp
- cocoa powder- 6 tbsp
- Powdered sugar-3\4 cup
- Oil- 1\2 cup
- Instant coffee powder- 1 tsp
- Milk- 1\2 cup
- Yogurt- 1\4 cup
- V.essence- 1 tsp
Method:
1.Pre heat your oven.
2.Sieve flour,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder,coffee powder for even mixing.
3.Mix powdered sugar and oil well with a whisk.
4.To it add the dry ingredients little by little .It the mix become tight add milk to it.Yet you will get the mix tight while adding the flour mix,add the yogurt and mix well.
5.Add vanilla essence and mix.Transfer the cake mix into the muffin tray and bake it at 180 deg C fro 20 mins or till done.
6.Cool completely and take the cake from pan.
Note.
1.This quantity yield 6 cup cake.
