Mango Loaf cake | Eggless mango cake in pan.

 


Eggless mango cake with step by step picture and video.

This mango cake is so simple and easy to make. You don't need an oven for it to bake. A pan is enough to bake it. Just maida and rava along with simple ingredients we get an aromatic mango flavored cake.As mangoes are in season do try this for snack with hot cup of tea.Let us see how to make this.

Ingredients:

Mango-1 

Maida- 1 cup

Rava/sooji-1/4 cup

Sugar- 1/4 cup

Cardamon-2

Oil-2 tbsp

Milk- around 1/4 cup

Baking powder-1 tsp

Baking soda-1/4 tsp

Mixed nuts for topping.


Method: 

 A quick Video

1. Add peeled and chopped mango pieces into a  blender. Puree it along with sugar and cardamom. Transfer to a mixing bowl.



2. Add oil ,milk to it and  mix well.



3. Add flour, rava,baking powder,baking soda and mix well. Add milk in betweem.



4. Pour it into a greased baking pan. Top it with nuts.


5. Place it a heated pan till done.

6. Cool completely before demoulding it.
