I bookmarked this recipe long before and every time when i want to try this anyone ingredients either cornflakes or butter won't be in my pantry.Last week i had everything with me so i made this yummy cookies.

Method:
1.Crush the cornflakes using a rolling pin or as i did in my mixer.In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar well along with essence.
2.Sieve flour with baking powder and salt.Add 3\4 of the crushed corn flakes and flour mix to the butter-sugar mix.Knead to form a soft dough.If you are not able for dough add little milk and form a dough.Cover it and keep it refrigerate for 15 mins.
3.Then cut the dough into small pieces press to in the palm and rolled it in the remaining crushed corn flakes and arrange it in a baking tray.
4.Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 deg C for 12-15 mins until it starts to brown at sides.
5.Remove from oven and cool it in wired rack.After cooled well store in airtight container.
Note:
1.Baking time may vary from oven to oven.Pls check after 12 mins.
2.When taking out from oven it should be soft in centre and baked at edges.As it cool in racks the cookie will take up the correct texture.

Which flour you used? All purpose flour or wheat flour?
