Liver masala with step by step pictures and video.
The liver is very good for people who are anemic. If one eats this often blood count will surely increase. You can prepare mutton or beef liver in the same method. Here I have used beef liver. My husband prepared this recipe as I don't know to make it as I don't like liver.

Ingredients:
Liver- 1/2 kg
Oil-2 tbsp
Onion-1
Green chilli-2
tomato-1
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Red chilly powder- 1 & 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 +1/4 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Bay leaf-2
salt to taste
Method:
1. Clean the chopped liver well. Add it to a pressure cooker along with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, bay leaf, and 1/2 cup water.
2. Pressure cook for 5-6 whistles.
3. Heat oil in a pan. add sliced onion, green chili and saute well. add ginger garlic paste.
4. Transfer the cooked liver along with the water.
5. Add all masala powder, salt and cook for some time for the liver to absorb the masala.
6. Lastly add chopped tomato and cook for a few minutes till it blends up.
7. Switch off and serve hot/warm.
Tasty and iron rich liver masala is ready.
