An easy to make banana bread which can be served as breakfast for kids or as snacks for evening tea/coffee. If you have any over riped banana please don't discard it, you can make excellent bread with it.

Ingredients:
- Maida/flour-1 cup
- Wheat flour-1/2 cup
- Baking powder-1 Tsp
- Baking soda-1/2 tsp
- Milk-1 &1/4 cup
- Banana-1
- Oil-1/2 cup
- Sugar-3/4 cup
- Vanilla essence-2 tsp
- Choc chips &nuts- 2 tbsp
1. In a mixing bowl, peel a banana and mash it well.
2. Add oil, milk, flours, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and mix well.
3. If difficult to mix add the remaining milk, essence and mix well.
4. Pour into a lined baking tray. top it with choc chips & nuts.
5. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180deg C for 35-45mins or till done.
6.Cool, cut and serve.
